The second-floor unit is being rented to a tenant that conducts Zumba classes. When the classes start, it shakes the building and windows. It almost feels like an earthquake. It makes it unbearable for the tenant below her. What flooring do you recommend for this kind of problem? Would your most high impact flooring be a good solution?

Our 3/4" Impact Rubber Tiles are a great solution to reduce impact noise from one floor to the other but aren't the best flooring option for a person conducting Zumba classes. These tiles don't have the right amount of slip to ensure a person doesn't hurt themself when they are doing some of the dance moves. We would recommend using our Impact Rolls - Wood Series, our one of our dance floors with subfloor packages to help with the sound transference.
