Can this be installed over ceramic tile?

Vinyl flooring works best in any tightly sealed, smooth or seamless surface. Vinyl flooring can be installed directly over ceramic tile if the tiles are smooth and grout lines for the tile are not deep or wide. Alternatively, you can fill the grout lines in with a leveling compound or use a layer or plywood as a subfloor.
