Could this be used outdoors on a rooftop deck of an apartment building for people to lie on? (for example for sunbathing)
Our 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls and all of our rubber flooring can get hot if installed in an area that gets a lot of sun. Our rubber flooring will not get as hot as concrete but will get hot. We wouldn't recommend anyone laying directly on the rubber flooring, but you could place mats or chairs on top of the rubber flooring outdoors. Rubber flooring is resistant to the elements and is very slip-resistant, and more so when wet.
