Matts were delivered perfect. I was considering the half inch Matts After performing a few Break Falls , I'm glad I went with the extra half inch. The point is ; Go with the extra padding if you plan on doing anything other than Yoga. They are a Great Product and easy to assemble. THEY STAY TOGETHER...

Hi, I've created a video and taken a picture of the unfinished basement I transformed into my own personal gym, thanks to Rubber Flooring Inc. I live in an apt building and needed something to cushion all the jumping I was doing for my workouts. I have them placed over my rug in my open space and they work great! No sound when I’m doing jumping jacks

These are great and less toxic than other brands! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because, with the type we got, anything heavy on it leaves a large dent. We would need to get rubber (or other material) coated ones to prevent that but didn't realize that would happen with these at the time of purchasing them.

GREAT MATS TO TRAIN ON! I USE THESE AT MY SCHOOL FOR MUAY THAI AND MY STUDENTS LOVE TRAINING AND SPARRING ON THEM!

I bought enough flooring for a 4 foot by 8 foot exercise area and have found that it is very comfortable to lay on while doing my stretches and other exercises. It was easy to interlock the panels. It will be easy to add additional panels if I want to expand my exercise area.

I bought the floor due to my pet having back surgery. He needed a soft floor to walk on and something he would have a grip on. The floor is very easy to install. I have had the floor since May 2020 and the floor is holding up perfectly. I currently have it in my living in which it gets daily use. I clean the floor with clorox wipes and it's handled it well. I would highly recommend the flooring!!

When Covid hit hard all sports were suspended. My son was devastated to not be on the mat. We ordered this flooring and laid it down in the garage and he was able to practice and train at home. Great quality product and easy to put together.
